In connection with the “International Budapest Bridge Festival” 

Organized by Visoft Ltd.

Purpose of the information

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (April 27, 2016) (hereinafter: GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC, and the Freedom of Information Act CXII of 2011 (hereinafter: Infolaw.), the Visoft Ltd. (hereinafter: Organizer) publishes the following information in connection with the registration related to the “International Budapest Bridge Festival” (hereinafter: IBBF) and the data processing during participation in the IBBF.

2. The purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data

2.1 Data management related to the application (registration) for IBBF announced by the Organizer

The Organizer holds the IBBF event, where participation is subject to registration.

Scope of processed data

Mandatory data for registration, without which registration is unsuccessful:

– player’s name (first and last name), e-mail address, NBO code, their entitlement to discount, and

Purpose of data management

Registration for the IBBF, confirmation of registration, the organization of the event and display of the results in online and offline forms.

Legal basis for data management

Article 6, paragraph (1) point a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject, which consent is given by filling out the registration form.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request to any of the contact details listed in this information sheet or published on the Organizer's website, in which case the personal data processed on the basis of consent will be deleted immediately. Please note that withdrawing your consent means cancelling your registration, which prevents you from participating on the IBBF.

Duration of data management

We will retain your personal data (name, NBO code) indefinitely in our database for future tournaments organized by our Organizer.

Storage place provider.

Developers and operators of online systems related to registration:

• Google (Apps, Mailing, stb), Google LLC, Mountain View, California, USA.
• Visoft Ltd. (LoveBridge)

The data processing of the listed systems is carried out according to their own data protection policy. In this regard, please read the privacy policies directly on the third party's website and further information about their data processing practices.

2.2 Nyilvánosságra hozott adatok

As a condition of entry to any LoveBridge event, the Conditions of Contest state that photographs taken during the event may be published on the relevant website for that event and may be used by either the LoveBridge or another bridge organisation for publications relating to that event or for the general promotion of bridge.

The player's name will appear on the LoveBridge results website in order to display the results of the different events.

2.3 Data held but not published

The players’ e-mail addresses, NBO codes, and their entitlement to discounts are held separately and not published on the website or in any public area.

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
